I learned how to cook in my mid-30s, and it quickly became a creative outlet and a hobby. I like to keep things simple—most of my meals contain 5-10 ingredients and take no more than 30 minutes to make. I believe the best recipes come from natural flavors, and I always stick to the rule that less is more.
